Thanks Yarlen, they got back to me today to let me know it's been cancelled, so I'm just now about to go through TGN.

I'd like to get my pre-order cancelled as well so that I can go through TGN and get into the beta immediately. (It hasn't been charged yet.) Like the OP I've sent an email to [email protected], but no response as of yet (it's been a few days now.) Should I create a new thread for this? Or maybe PM someone directly?
