ThrakraAndy: You are right; I copied the files into the wrong folder. Thanks for the help.

How do you remove this mod? I downloaded and installed it using ThrakaAndy's installer. When I ran SoaSE, the the graphics at the main menue were messed up; the planet in the backgroud was one of the new ones by Uzzi, but the menu was just a white box. I tried uninstalling SoaSE using Stardock Central, but when I reinstalled it, the mod was still there causing the same problem. How do I remove the mod files?

Artists are highly paid? When did that happen?
The Hiigaran destroyer from HW2 had turrets, was boxy and rugged looking, but it still had an appealing design. "Ugly" can have a menacing appeal; see for example the A-10 Warthog. Large and clunky can look great, e.g., Star Destroyer, Sulaco. In contrast, the Kodiak and other TEC ships look goofy. They lack a sense of proportion and design that make other, similarly themed ships look good, the Sulaco being an excellent example.
I too was very disappointed with the ship designs. Most of the TEC capital ships and the heavy cruiser are very clunky and cartoonish. The Kol Battleship is actually okay, but when I see the others, I always think "ugh, I've got to look at that for the next 2 mins. of battle?" HW2 is a great example of excellent ship design; they actually enjoyable to look at, and they look like warships instead of garbage scows. And, yes, pleasing ship design is very important to a game like sins; this
