Phase Jumping and other questions. in Sins Modding Sins Forums

Is it possible to modify (increase/decrease) the angle at which phase jumping occurs- but for a particular race only? Likewise, is it possible to increase/decrease phase jump speed for certian race(s) only? Specific ships? Thank you.
