Seems to be a drastic drop in my frame rate whenever colored text, both in the form of messages from AI and tooltips, appears. I've had this issue since I first purchased the game when it came out. I stowed away my game waiting for a fix and eventually forgot I had it. Recently installed and up to date, the game has the same darn issue. I even read on the forums that it's been resolved! What is going on with my game then? My specs are: nVidia 8800GTX 768MB Q660

I'm running on an 8800GTX and Q6600 @ 2.4GHz. Seems like the more text there is on screen, the lower my performance goes.
