Yes, it is fixed. I was able to successfully create an account just now. After you press "Accept" on the page where you typed in a username, password, CD key, and email address, a new window came up that said the account was successfully created. I preordered Sins way back when it was first announced but haven't had a good opportunity to try playing it until recently. Today, after installing 1.1, I tried logging into IronClad Online (ICO) for the first time, but haven't been successful. I went to the Create Account button inside the game, entered a username and duplicate password, pasted in my CD-key from Impulse's "Registration" page (with dashes), and hit "Accept".
