Well if there were a way of setting it to auto skipping all error messages that would do even... -- Ok went and tried a different map and grabbed an urban, no problems. I think there might be an issue somewhere with a capship ability and something to do with the swamp planet, maybe the half and half time that it can be colonized. (I had only a Kol and Akkan in the system) just kept coming up in errors. All fixed now though, thanks!

Hmm was just trying that one actually. Though it didn't seem to like the DS mod as soon as i tried to colonize a swamp planet
Just wondering what file I would have to change to see the whole map in a SP game, had a look through myself but couldnt work it out, By the way Distant Stars is the mod of the gods if you haven't tried it yet,,,
I love sins. I love being a hermit at times, and I therefore love my cactus plants as they are a bit like me... How often do you water cacti though??? I mean i know they dont need much and a friend of mine drowned his by accident Cheers
[quote who="psychoak" reply="13" id="2469578"]An all out war between any nation and the US could result in total military and related infrastructure destruction within days. The US hasn't done anything resembling an all out war since WWII. There is no coming to aid and holding out anymore, that was antiquated with the modern jet and high grade explosives. The air war could be over within an hour of beginning. Europe couldn't even get there before it was finished.
Strange... worked fine for me, though even with 5 defense starbases (advent ones too) its still a struggle to hold on! So mines maxing out fine at a limit of 10 (only for pirate bases though)
Got it, cheers! Needed to download forgetools for the encoding.... hehe upped pirate bases to be super planets - kinda fun setting lots of AIs against you to be forced from your homeworld to move onto a newer better place
@ ice just had a poke around the game files but there is nowhere obvious that i could edit using note pad, would you happen to know where those files are?
Yep my mistake, just found the same map and tried again... though 4 in a star's... interesting indeed...
Pretty certain that as TEC i had more than one SB in a gravity well... though that was a while back so can't find it in my autosaves to see if there was anything special about anything there
I understand that in Entrenchment there are SB limits of 4 or 1 per gravity well. What is the defining factor that determines this? Is it star colour based? Map based? Random? I was just hoping there was a way to tell other than gettiing an SB constructor to try and build one only to be told SB limit reached for gravity well.
