Mine was in normal games. I copied the startypes.xml from the metaverse folder to the regular data folder, and it fixed the problem. I think that you may want to update both files for the final patch for everybody, just in case.

Modding CPs in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I was playing with the raceconfig file and noticed the ability to change the customization points. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get changes to that value to do anything in game. Manual changes to race abilities seems to work fine. Has anyone gotten this to work? Any ideas? Also, I've noticed a few angry posts in here already about "cheating". Yes, editing this can be used to cheat. There's about a million ways of giving yourself an u
