We've been able to succesfully play 5-6 games with no problem at all up to 4v4 (never really tried 5v5 because it used to lag a lot (even alone) but maybe its playable now ?). So having different ports in the ImpulseReactorOptions.exe program fixed it!

we've been able to play one short game of 20 min (then the other team conceded after a ragequit) so looks like this is fixed. Btw to the Mods : feel free to move this to the technical forum ...

You can call it whatever you want but when you see the player thats in lan with you (who has around 20ms ping to me in game) that lags and he's seeing me lagguing too there is has to be something wrong. We'll often see the timeout timer go up from 6 to 10 sec and then a few to all players leave with the game always ending with the scoreboard. Like the title said, evertime me and my roomate try to play demigod together in the same internet game we get a desync and the game ends. By desync I mean that we get lag for a few seconds then a few to all players leave all at the same time and the game ends. In that window that pop ups telling you which player are laguing I see me roomate and he see's me. This issue happens 100% of the time anytime between the start of the game and 10-15 min. None of us have anything el
