I'm not fussed about a campaign. I'd play it at least once if there was one, but I do not need it to enjoy the game. But I do agree with the original posters point about the end game screen. It does feel a little anti-climatic to finish an epic game & just get a "You win" type of screen. Having said that I do not know what what it is that I would prefer in its place. Maybe some kind of more personal deliver of the end game graphs in summary? Something along the lines of

Why is it that the low life scum of the galaxy get to have nice, shiny, multicoloured & shaded Faction/Race icons & the rest of us get plain, solid, single coloured icons? Surely our Empires can afford to pay for better letterhead than a horde of space pirates? How hard would it be to make the current race icons as spiffy as the pirates? Perhaps even make it that the player could choose the two colours much like how they now choose the one? Or even picking one colour with the other being
