Have the same problem. If I lock the computer, I get 4 Start Menu\Programs would be opened. Did not have this problem before the last upgrade. Have uninstalled, several times, and removed all info on my XP about Fences, but the same problem just keep comming back if I reinstall.

Hearts of Iron III is even worse, over 57$. I will never buy a game that has regional pricing, just so they can milk the customers. I would rather that STARDOCK did not show me those games, and applications. I stopped using STEAM on the $ = € change, realy hope this is not ganna be the case on IMPULSE to.
