When I go to update the driver it tells me that i have the best driver for this card. Any suggestions?

how do i post my debug.err file

Game crashes same spot every time...on the first load page where they show a hint in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I haven't even got to play the game yet. Every time I start a new game and then go to play, it crashes on the load screen with the hint. I used SmartException, but it wont pick up the crash. I think it doesn't pick it up because wqhen it crahses, my computer restarts. PLEASE HELP ME
