It will use a combination of Games for Windows Live, Origin, and Steamworks along with the usual TAGES drm to keep your purchase secure.
LoL
Only thing that seems crazy OP so far are those IG Catachan guys
The Catachan grenade blast ability is getting a damage nerf in the 3.8 patch that`s to be released today. They are an expensive Tier 1 unit. 400 req 40 power. They are the second most expensive T1 unit behind Space marine`s ASM squad at 500 req, 50 power. I don`t know what their upkeep cost is though. Countering them depends on which race you`re
How's the community size for DoW2? Steam has a crazy sale on gold pack right now, but based on what I've heard on Gamereplays forums most competitive players have given up on it until the next expansion is released. If that's the case, I'll just hold off and see how the expansion is received before committing any cash to it.
Well, The player base has stayed pretty stable. Steam stats say usually between 3K-3.5K all the time. I don`t have trouble getting a
I like SC2, played it quite frequently for awhile. I`m glad they didn`t change it dramatically from the original. There are quite a few changes that make it a different game. Most have already been listed here. Having said that, I`ve gone back to DoW2. I just like Relic`s games better. I have a hard time going to an rts that dosen`t have a cover system now. I also like the focus on fewer units, Each unit is critical to success.
Already made it. Called "Demigod".
Classic, LOL!
Wow! Dawn of Discovery 50% off! I just bought it. I like these kind of deal`s.
I would like to make a comment on universal healthcare. There is a massive debate in the USA about creating government involvement in healthcare. I understand why americann`s would be tentative about a change like this. I`m going to reference my own experience as a canadian with universal healthcare. It`s exspensive, Every paycheck 33% is paid in provincial and federal income tax. A large portion of that goes to fund the healthcare sy
I just watched the shuttle launch live by stepping right outside my door... last night time launch, perfect skies... freakin incredible!
I hope to see that someday. That`s what America is about to me, Innovation and a desire to succeed and do thing`s no one else has before. I like being your neighbour.
I haven`t read all the post`s here, I`m just going to comment on Glenn Beck. I`m Canadian, I`m a conservative. I used to watch Glenn Beck every night when he was on CNN`s Headline news. 9/10, I found myself agreeing with everything he said. I felt he made compelling argument`s for every one of his issue`s. He spoke of things I wish my own government would adopt, I liked his direction of thought. Since then, Glenn has moved to Fox News.
IC really needs to update what`s left of the community on the next micro exp. This forum used to be quite active, It`s not now. What kind of sales do they expect from the next micro if there isn`t anyone left to buy it. I`m not asking for an ETA for release, Just some info. What direction are you taking with it? What kinds of Diplo feature`s? There is next to no enthusiasm or anticipation for the next micro. If a player hadn`t been ar
I agree with everything already posted. I`d like to add Doom 3. This game create`s atmosphere and tension like no other. I still think Half Life 2 is the best game of any genre ever made.
Well, they apparently had to dumb it down a good bit, so Supcom 2 may well be epic fail.
Where are you getting this from? I don`t think they "have" to do anything. GPG owns SupCom and are an independent developer. They can do whatever they want with it.
@OP - did you try GOG?
Yes.
Piracy is not the same as torrents
Agreed.
I`ve tried, I don`t want to steal anything. Some older games are impossible to find. I want to try them badly, Does that make me part of the problem?
I don`t think so. Why not mention it? Get it out in the public`s eye. I`m not trying to hide anything, I`m being honest. This is a great polite, Intelligent communty. I look forward to their replies. I want other`s opinion`s, That`1s why I started this thread. I`m pretty sure SD will allow this.
I have 2 pirated PC games installed right now. The first is F1 Challenge 99-02, The second is System Shock 2. I`ve searched every retail store availible for them. Don`t have them, They are old. I`ve looked online, Amazon doesn`t have them. Ebay does, But 100+ dollar`s apiece. I can`t afford that. I pirated them, Is that wrong? I`m a big F1 fan, I used to have F1 2002, I moved and the game disc disappeared. I look around on a alot of game f
I know I`m going off topic here, I`m curious though. Is Society still in development? Haven`t seen anything about it in awhile.
Incredible. I`ve never seen a company do things like this. This is why I buy all your game`s. I hope you keep doing these vid updates in the future. They are a great peek inside where these great product`s come from.
First contact I loved because it made the borg badass again and It was a part of Picards history that came back to haunt him as it were.
I really enjoyed this movie as well. I remember when I went to the theatre to see the steven segal movie "Executive Decision". They played the First Contact trailer, I almost shat myself when I saw that cube on a rampage again. I think this movie came out before Voyager destroyed their character though. I was
Enterprise was quite okay except for the whole Xindi arc
I agree. That Xindi season was brutal. The 5 or 6 variation`s of the same race was terrible. Especially the aquatic one. Just terrible.
I hope I`m not going to far off topic here. I think the final TNG episode "All good things" is the best final episode of any series I`ve seen. What a high note to go out on. The way they brought the original TNG crew, The end of the series crew and a future version togeather. Q was there too. I thought that episode was better then any of the movie`s. The latter years of TNG were so good, None of the other series could measure up for me.
1. Soulstorm (you'll take my weekly multi from my cold dead hands)
Is they`re alot of people playing this online? I`m still playing the Dark Crusade. I would consider getting Soulstorm as well if it`s popular.
I would expect something as friendly for BioWare's Dragon Age
I highly doubt this will happen. One of the recent post`s in Etrius`s thread made mention of the demographic diffrence`s between game`s. The Sim`s series are always high on PC sale`s chart`s. This is a blanket statement I`m about to make. The Sim`s is a far more "casual" series then Bioware product`s. I don`t think Sim`s customer`s care to much about DRM or r
