Stardock & IC have both been very supportive in the past but . . . They have advertised and sold me a game with a strong multiplayer component, and until right now I have had no idea that I could not connect to games around the world. If I'd known this I would not have purchased the product. They have not publicised this anywhere (that I saw) and I'm going to nicely suggest that the devs fix it, refund the oceanic players for selling us an incomplete product, or risk some lit
