Ironclad login probs in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

When I try to login on the ironclad games server, it says that it can't find my account, even though I had just successfully created it. I tried to create it again just incase, but it said my key was already registered, so the creation worked. Still can't login though. Has anyone had this happen yet? How do I get in touch with support so they can fix it? I just installed this game I sure would like to play it.
