Hi there. I'm experiencing problems starting a game. The game menu comes up and I am able to choose what settings I want but when I then try and start a game it then crashes. I have a Limited Edition version bought in the U.K. and I also have two serial no's, having seen your link on European purchases and am confused as th which one I should enter.
