Hey!! Is there a rebellion version of this modd???

hey urm, i downloaded the file because it looks soo good, but it downloaded as a .rar file, so i put it into the mod section in SOASE, but nothing came up, can anyone help?

Ohhh am sorry i forogt its only the early afternoon there, because its like 7:10 in the evening here in England. But still we want to know what the big announcement is!! lol!

I thaught there was going to be some sort of big announcement today??? What happend to that, i'v been looking on the page all day and nothing has happend,s urely if it was such a big thing that they would post it straight away??
