I just bought my game today, however I have an issue with the display resolution. My computer runs Windows Vista with an Nvidia 8800 GT, I use my 720P LCD HDTV as a monitor. However I don't see any display choices listed under Resolution in the game's options, aside from refresh options of 30 and 29Hz, and Anti-Aliasing options. I can't play the game this way because the top and bottom on-screen interface menus are cropped off. I saw in the FAQ that a minimum resoluti
