We have rolled back the change that we believe was causing this issue, download speeds will be reduced again until we identify the exact cause why some were getting faster downloads and others it was failing halfway through the process.
I just tried downloading the installer again using a browser, and it completed successfully, although very slow. But I find all Stardock downloads slow. Even the forum is very slow today.

Can I make a reasonable suggestion for the Start11 versioning discrepancies? Why can't you simply make the version 2.0.5.4 for everything, instead of having version 2.05 in the GUI, but 2.0.5.4 for the file version and in Installed Apps?
Hi! I found out that the backup feature is not automatically saving the settings each time I change one. Am I wrong ? Is it a feature that will be implemented in V2? Thanks!
Settings are backed up to a file, so you'll need to save another backup every time you make a settings change. You can overwrite the old backup file or save it with a new file name.
Yes! Thank you the beta fixed the issue. But now I have a new one... The windows key opens the old start menu. Got a fix for that one?
I've got that problem with the Windows keyboard button, and I'm using v1.44. I only have one Windows key on my keyboard. It's on the left. Could that have something to do with it? <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/2/48/248534/b80c4136-23d3-47bf-8fff-2ba6b404

An old bug has resurfaced in v1.41 for me. When I start typing to search, the first character is sometimes omitted in the search. I have Start11 search switched to off, so it uses the Windows search. But if I open the Windows 11 menu and search, this problem doesn't happen.
Ues, it natively does it, I've had it going since Windows 7. All you have to do is stretch the taskbar to be taller, like 2 rows of icons on it. The day will appear under the time, and above the date. Some people are irritated b the tall taskbar. I keep mine hidden. Mouse down to it and up it pops.
Thanks for the suggestion, but even if it could be done in Windows 11, I wouldn't want to do it. The default taskbar si
