It doesn't matter now, I reinstalled XP, which wasn't a problem as I had already just done it 2 days prior.

I installed the WB6 demo and rebooted, however it asked for a reboot again. After the second, it still asked for a reboot. I even disabled my anti-virus and firewall, as it suggested, but that didn't work. So, I uninstalled, using RevoUninstall, and tried installing it in Safe Mode, but got the same results. So, I uninstalled that and tried installing a 5.5 demo I found on the internet, but still got the same problem. I've searched all over the internet, but all results have no solution. I had a
Not much different to the one I made
I want to know how many people are using Windows 2000 or older. Did you read at all?
I was looking at the forums available, and noticed there wasn't a forum for older versions of Windows. I want to know how many people are using Windows 2000 or older. I'm using 2000. Not because I'm poor and couldn't afford the upgrade, but because I replaced XP with it. I think 2000 is better than XP, because it IS XP, just without the RAM draining extras. The installer disc I used was around 600 MB, and that had 4 versions of 2000 on it. The XP install disc is about
Weren't they calling it Apple TV, or is that just over here in England, because we have a TV channel called ITV.
I have no idea where you guys are getting the idea that it has spyware etc. It's perfectly safe. I made it mainly because I was bored though Also, what's 180 Solutions? It's made with a company called Conduit :s Anyway, as I said when I first made it, Conduit guarantees no spyware, and I haven't had any problems with it. No pop-ups, no messing with searches or anything. It's 100% safe. I'll u

As it is Apple hardware, I would reccommend their website (Apple.com) or, everyones best friend, Google!
I suggest checking your processor and getting a new cooling system, because if that doesn't work properly in keeping your system cool, it will blow up
The most common problem with slow computers, is applications running in the background. However, there are other reasons, such as little Hard Drive space, a lot of icons on the desktop, and various others. I would recommend doing a disk clean up and a def rag. you can also get WinASO which repairs registry problems and has tools to make your computer faster. It costs money, but it's a good tool, and you can get a trial. If none of this works, then I would go through the Add/Remove Prog
OK, i'm going to give translationg what this guy wants a go: hello everyone! can someone help me ? I want to change the look of my start menu without installing a theme. I want to start from the left corner up to the upper left corner and there to be start menu and once clicked, for it to open out to the upper right corner.I want the start menu to be a big circle and to auto hide all. And to not need a program to install it ... like a default with windows.
There are many customization tools from Stardock, but this kind of customization doesn't come small, infact, if you would have the entire dektop suite, you would be looking at total file size, larger than many of todays games. Not all of us have 300GB HDs and so-on, i only have an 80, and my stupid cpu make has a locked part of my HD of around 20GB with system defaults, infact, my compaq had 4GB worth of HP software which I removed. I don't have much on my computer, and i have around 45GB free s
Don't the arrows just mean that when you hover over them the open a list of whats in that folder, whereas without they just open the folder?
So you want to make links open in a maximized window? well the whole reason they added tabs, was that there is no need for new windows. So that pop-ups controlled by you (ie, you clicked a link that would normally open a new window) open in new tabs, go to Internet Options on the Tools menu and select Settings in the tab area, where it says When a pop-up is encountered: select always open in new tabs, that should do the trick.
Skins for XP require windowblinds Bootskins require BootSkin To install windowblinds skins: if .wba file, just double click on the file and a bubble should appear on the taskbar saying that the new skin has been installed, open WB and look for the installed skin. Then simply double click, or click and press Ap
Someone earlier mentioned beeps, many newer computers don't have the beeps! Anyway, i have repaired a computer with this problem before, I had to repair windows XP, as its a repair, you shouldn't lose files, ask your friend if an XP installation disk came with the computer. If so, it will be worthit to try reinstalling. If it doesn't work, its most likely a hardware problem, such as Hard Drive,
I don't care, I have a vista capable computer and have tested beta 2, aero works fine on it. I have no need for it.
Unload WB and enter display from the control panel. Click the appearance tab. expand the Windows and Buttons drop-down menu, select Windows XP Style. works with me.
Well, if this keeps on happening, Dell WONT be on Fire(the good kind of fire ) and another company I hate will be gone, just like Bullfrog Those people in that pic look important, and rich, maybe they can sue Dell <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Wink.gif" bord
However 'required' microsoft make it, there's a way to not install it. When the little bubble appears saying you have updates ready to install, simply, you can click on it and choose the custom install and don't install IE7. I however want it, i think the new design is great, somewhat similar to FireFox, but I like it.
This looks really cool. Does it uninstall cleanly? (just in case) Yep, just like uninstalling any old piece of software! And the provider garuntees NO spyware, or they'll give you $5,000!
I'm not really new here, but everything I submit gets chucked in the trash. But, one day i was navigating through the web and found this nifty toolbar maker that everyone was using on another forum I go on, so I thought, hey, lets make one for WinCustomize! Its nothing official, but it would be cool if any mods of the site could put a banner for it somewhere. Features Internet Explorer and Firefox compatable Search Google from any
I think that there's no competition between Microsoft and Apple. Both companies were founded on the same year and Apple developed the first computer to get out of DOS and was the first computer company to sell over 1 Million Personal Computers AND filed a copyright infringement on Microsoft for copying their Mac for use with the Windows 3.0. They later developed the style of computers which started todays desktop computers and allowed copying of their
