Exactly, I mean, the surivors shouldn't be given the luxury of being able to fly wherever they want, whenever they want. Why does the game end when you no longer have any planets under your control? Just because you are "displaced" and don't have solid ground to call your own doesn't mean you still aren't an idependent group of peoples. (Ie.
