Ironclad needs Host to Player file download in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

I would personally LOVE and I do mean LOVE as a host to player map download functionupon joining a hosted game. map file are really really small so I cant see bandwith being an issue. It would make playing custom made maps in Glaxy Forge so much easier to get going becuase right now it nearly impossble to get more than 1-2 people to download and join your hosted game, another big issue is getting the dl link to them since lobby is full of has joined has left channel spam and you links dissape

A Few things that this game needs in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

Hi all Been playing since beta and gotta says Sins is a great game, also good to see that the online side of things is gathering strength. But there a few thing which would really make the game sing in my mind. 1) Custom multiplayer maps need an option to group team mates together so that in a 4v4 in 2 star systems each team will always end up in thier own star. I say option becuase there are times when you may want all teams split up but atm its random and getting e.g. 3

Heh you think thats unerving I had a precusro discovery that turned every planet of the clsoest 4-5 starts in +PQ16 planets, nautrally they were all outside my infulence and a game I had nearly wrapped up turned into a massive slog as the Comp players all snapped up thoes worlds and started to get big really fast. hehehe acutally made for a very interesting game in the end. woulda killed for the +PQ16 to happen for my system though then I woulda PWNED !

Interesting Cheat Oddity with planet Quality in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Saw a few post about the uselessness of 0 Quality planets and what to do with them. Just thought I'd mention that if you pump the 0 quality planet quality to 36 (MAX) using te ctrl+p cheat you can not only colonies the world but it will have about 6 useable tiles. Thus I just played a tiny universe and pumped all the 0 quality planets to 36 I must say game was alot of fun these 6 tile planets were very useful for putting the one off wonders, military zone bonues, social etc
