Although I doubt that the returning armada ability is OP in general, in the way you and your friends play LAN games, I definitely see how it could be abused. About battlecruisers-- I also found that using the Akka as a 1-of is reasonably good because of its shield restore ability. Or perhaps its the Dunov I'm thinking of. One of them has the shield restore ability though, and its pretty helpful.

How do I choose my race? Because I tried left clicking and right clicking on the button that you would normally chance races with, and nothing happened and only TEC was allowed. Is it because I'm behind in the beta, or is it some sinister bug? Thank you in advance for any responses.

This is kinda irrevelevant since its in the score screen and not the actual game, but it's a bug nonetheless. At the end of the game, is said that all my opponents had zero frigates, which I believe was a lie since one opponent was still up and kicking, but I know its bugged when the computer states that I have -38 frigates, because its a bit hard to have less then zero frigates in my opinion. Instead of being a cynic and listing all the games that were rushed, I'll just list a few of the things that I look foward to in the new version as a result of the bump. 3 races instead of 1, more bug fixes and hopefully better multiplayer.
