This thread does serve a purpose. Just not the one intended - ie - this is ridiculous.

In the same options menu where you can turn off the pirates, it is also possible to set the speed for research, ressources and some other stuff.

2-3 Kol's, and then one each of Dunov and Akkan. When I have my 3 Kol's I tend to add more of the others as well. My first two cap ships is always Kol since their firepower comes in handy, especialy at higher levels (6+). Even at low levels they can deal a great amount of damage even to large militia forces.

Scouting is just as important as building that big fleet to kill the enemy. those two were probably noob's... ;-)

I just keep surprising myself at how much I suck when playing a map with more than one ai... Oddly, it just makes me try again and again and again an... Yeah :CONGRAT:

I'd say start with the smaller maps first. That way you'll get a better feel of the game and how to proceed with regards to which units to buy and which technologies etc.

It's pretty wierd though. With a quick search I found 3 online shops here in Denmark who had it as a coming game and with the option to preorder although they had absolutely no releasedate... Glad I got it from SDC.

Sorry, I tend to forget the time difference ,-). It the cooling is that effective perhaps they could ship it over here. I'm sitting in a very small room with very big windows facing south Waiting for that rain to set in as promised.

I think I have some trouble downloading this beta... for the last 12 hours i have been downloading it at a speed of 200-350kb/s. It seems that SDC keep downloading the same file over and over again, the file named sin.sdc. I don't know where else to ask so what can I do to get this right?
