Sound Card & Surround Sound set advice needed in Tech Sins Forums

Since i dropped some coffee on my audio amplifier a few weeks ago, ive been forced to enable my huge speakers (JBL) directly to the sound card which does not sound good at all lol. So instead of getting a new amplifier, i was thinking of getting a surround sound set for the PC for the first time hehe.
