Actually a bounty on your own head would be a good way to get an ally to help you betray someone. You say they're boutying you and it could get messy and confusing....
And you notice they just say 3000 American troops and none of the civilian casulties which are in the thirty thousdands....

Acutally it was more like a third. And another reason why it couldn't hold together was the fact it was so split up. It's a lot more difficult to control a county thousands of kilometres over an ocean.

That'd be awesome. Two flagships duking it out with reinforcements coming in on both sides. I so want this game!!! Anyway 5-7 for flagships sound pretty good. But Cap ships only 3? That seems a bit short to me.
From what you're talking about you could end up with a Governer (Moff) for each system. Now that wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing but it could be somewhat confusing.
Well it's starting to look like something like that's gonna be necessary. 'cause we can't have all these thing keep happening. People have died playing games like WOW, you'd think that they'd do something, but they havn't. This is a bit of a big step, one I think is a bit over the top.
It'd be fun to watch a civil war in Sins.....
VIP? How could that work in an RTS? Another modt that'd be fun would be King of the Hill or Capture the Planet. The same as in other games except with planets.
Asteroids? Can you build on asteroids?
