Empire Tree Scrolling in Technical Sins Forums

When I select a planet in the Gameplay Area the Empire Tree scrolls so that the selected planet is visible within the tree. This feature works perfect if the selected planet is located higher in the Empire Tree than what is currently being displayed in the tree. The selected planet info scrolls down to the top of the display screen. Problem solved!! I had [U]accidentally[/U] turned on "Auto Placement OFF!!!" so the game was waiting for me to place the structure. When I toggled to Auto Placement On everything was back to normal.

Thanks for the reply maheshjr2004. I am absolutely sure the research has been completed. I have just about finished the research tree and I cannot even build a Hanger Defense structure. It is highlighted as it should be and the Infocard says Buildable, but when I click on it to build nothing happens except for the additional "dots or tiny squares" under the cursor.

Tactical Structure Limit in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

I seem to have hit a Tactical Structure limit in my current game. I am a newbie to the game and this game is the largest Star System that I have tried. It isn't a case of running out of tactical slots. When I click on a structure that is buildable I see 3 or 4 'bar like' things immediately below my curser. I only have about 10 planets so I can’t believe I have hit a limit.
