I'd like to see the options in placing planetary structures enhanced. Currently they are randomly placed close to the area I specify. I'd like to be able to specify the exact location with complete control of the vertical as well.

I am aware of the Z axis movement options for ships and find it useful. I would like to know if there is an option to modify the placement of orbital structures. Specifically... Can I place structures above or below others (specify + or - on the Z axis) An extreme example of this would be placing a structure about the north poll of a planet. or "stacking" structures vertically. NOTE: I am aware of the auto placement feature and I know how it works.
