Well, sorry about bringing it up again but thanks for the reply. I am running 1.05 but I will update to 1.09 when I can and test it and post if it is fixed or not here later. Edit: I was able to get 1.09 installed, and checked the skill, and it still activates out of range.
When I was playing as the Vasari last night, I noticed a problem with the Desolator's skill Deploy Siege Platform that the range that you can use the skill is further then the range of the platform, making it unable to attack unless you manually move closer to the planet before using it. Sorry if this was already brought up before, couldn't find it in a search.
Just to let you know, I am already calling that tommarow, Scouts will be called overpowered :LOL:
I believe this is talking about the techs that increase the damage/armor/ect, but also about the ability it could learn being an upgrade.
Its Anima or something like that, and it's what they use to control the strikecraft instead of having people in it. I am not exactly sure though.
That might be a possiblity. Since he said EVERY map, I tried playing every map, yet that didn't do it (well, I retired almost right away so that might cause it).....still....

Antimatter is what all activated abilities use and recharges gradually. You probably don't have enough to use colonize due to some of it being taken up when jumping to another planet.

There might be a small balance problem because as I said before, the Vasari have Phasic Transmissions which is a level 6 Tech that increases the Fleet Supply by 10%. Even if you increase it to 4000, the Vasari will have a cap of 4400, which is 57 more Light Frigates! *If no one can notice by me keep mentioning Vasari......VASARI 4 LIFE!*
Vasari has a tech where it increases the max fleet size by 10% so technically, it is 2200
I know it was a beta joke, I found it great that they added it as an achievement....maybe it will add a new race when you achieve it. THE MIGHTY PINK SPACE PONIES that have only superweapons and can win in less then a minute with a tech called PINK PONY RAINBOW RAYS :P
Has anyone looked at the achievement list and noticed the one labeled Space Ponies with the description "Ummm what...." or something like that....I wonder how to get it :) And I would like to add, great idea with the achievements, many of them seem interesting to achieve (cap ship only, colonize a pirate base, ect) *sorry if it was posted already, I haven't seen a topic about this*

I am not trying to be mean, but the devs look unfavorably on people pirating their stuff, even if it is just a beta (and an old one too) because they reserved it for people who supported their efforts early.
Thanks Zolop for reminding me :P Each race is going to get a 'super' weapon. For example, I believe that the TEC get a cannon that can attack a gravity well a jump away.

I might be mistakened, but also for the Sandbox mode, they are trying to add some of the story into that by having events/'quests' to do while playing.
