I see there is some voting thing arround here, so i was wondering, can somebody give me that rights too? I am arround here for a while now, and not planning to leave, (if you like it or not ) There is some art around on this site that i created, something like 13 peaces, so can you concidder it to give me the rights to vote on people their work? thnx.

At the moment i am working on a server. it's running under win 98. I would like to have a site running on it, streaming, so people can log i/out and download stuff from my site. Some people told me i would need iis (internet information server) but i could'nt find the download any where. Can somebody please help me out
