Glad you guys got a laugh out of it. Every time I watch it I get a kick out of it. Some pics of what I hatched out today. Just another hobby of mine.

So, any news on the BETA for SINS? Talking about SupCom...didn't like it as much as I thought. I really thought it was going to be a great game. Maybe I am just to into this Warhammer: DC right now? The AI in SupCom is a joke. I took them out with two Gunships...normal settins with in 15 mins (my first time playing.) I am so impatient for Sins!
I am curious how the building queue is...like how Homeworld has them divided among fighters, corvettes, frigates and capital (I think thats it).
All the games on TotalGaming.net aren't nearly as good looking as SoASE. Now I have these tokens with nothing to spend it on... I was assuming it was downloaded. Don't know if anyone of you know about this, but I found this nice downloading program that hits (with my connection) 800kbs. It's called FlashGet. Just a little friendly referral.
OK, pre-ordered it! Now, curious...when we get the beta version, does that come on a CD or is it going to be digitally downloaded as well? Anyone?
I rather the game getting delayed then having bugs, and not working properly. I am sure they are just as antsy to see how we like the game and listen to our feedback as well.
works great on widescreens
Is this going to be formatted to be on a Widescreen monitor as well? I just ordered a 22" Sceptre...along with alot of new components to build a comp. I want to refund my tokens and order the cd. Guess i'll send an email to that [email protected] I would assume that you would have a manual, maybe a tech tree map some misc advertisements for upcoming games...who knows?
I bought some tokens or whatever and am trying to figure this out...I want the CD and as well as the digital download. I don't think that option was available though. Damn...can I still get the CD?
Also sorry for being off topic, but what is the benefit of digital downloading?
Blair, So will harvesting of resources be done both on the planet and in space? I just noticed you work for the company I saw a post on here about resources as well...and a picture on the website, looks as if there are some kind of amethyst (crystal), water (maybe has to do with research), metal, gold... http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/2006/289/935993_20061017_screen004.jpg<b
Sounds great, sign me up (where do I go?). Thanks for taking the time to explain it.
Thanks B, that thoroughly explains a lot. Just got done watching the trailer. It does look amazing and by the way it looks; the different planets in other galaxies blew my mind. That looks as if it could be quite a challenging game. In Sins, your home base is initially a planet and you build stuff on the surface and in orbit. So I take
The Beta should be out sometime in Feb 2007, we are ALL very excited, as this game seems to have a combo of Homeworld goodness and GalCiv empire building. I wasn't to happy with that GalCiv myself. I downloaded the demo of the 2nd one. If this is anything like Homeworld, I will be VERY VERY happy with the game. I really enjoyed HW and do hav
