In Impulse, click on the blue Stardock logo (upper left) and from the Menu choose 'Register a product', then in the Reg screen, right-click the game and choose 'Remove Registration'. Then exit and restart Impulse. Try again. Rinse, repeat

The message your getting means that Impulse is having trouble connecting to our servers. This can be caused by extra 'security' apps, like SpyBot, AdAware and the like. Even some anti-virus applications can have their own 'spybot' functions, and Firewall settings. Check your system (SysTray) for any of these 'watcher' type programs and try to turn them off, then launch Impulse, and watch the bottom left of the window, when it is done connecting, you won't see any

You need to use Internet Explorer to access the batch file. Copy & paste this link in Internet Explorer (not FF or any other browser) and click the 'Go' button, or hit Enter: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/enumerate_startup.bat A Run/Save dialog will appear, hit Run and then a DOS window will appear asking you to hit enter, doing so should then create alog file on your Desktop, open it and copy/paste the info into your support Ticket and send to us. &n

That may well help Kryo, it's worked for others. Any new updates are only being published to Impulse, not SDC anymore. If you do open SDC, do not allow it to update your games, therein lies trouble.

"And for Forgiven, and any interested, the reason for the 6 (plus one) days of creation ? It is a picture of the history of man. Days are prophetically related to thousands of years. It has been approximately 6000 years since creation, which will be followed by the 1000 years ruled by the Price of Peace. (the day of rest)." So... the Earth is only 6000 years old? You really believe that?

We at Stardock are not sure what is the cause of the shutting down and memory not being cleared. Unfortunately, as we are not the Dev's of this game there is not much we can do testing wise. It is most likely some application, or system file that is not closing correctly. Try e-mailing IronClad directly at [email protected], and perhaps they will have a solution, or at least be made aware of this issue.
