You can try manually removing the game folder, and run the fix below then re-install, and it could fix the mini-dump errors. Go to C:\Program Files\Stardock Games\Sins of a Solar Empire (or where ever you installed the game) and delete the main Sins folder. aurore, Don't find an e-mail from you to [email protected], have you sent one? If you don't get an automatied reply, it means we didn't receive it.
Ellestar, Looks like you do have the 'two e-mails' issue, didn't see where you have e-mailed us at [email protected] about any trouble. I advise you to do so.

If you continue to get the mini-dump errors, you should send those files to IronClad directly at [email protected], they are handling these issues.
We are aware of this issue. there has been a break in the latest version of Sins Entrenchment which is causing the language and unknow strings message. We are repairing the install and should have a new update available within a few days.
TcDohl & aodwildcat, this sounds like you may have 2 accounts, one with the base game of Sin's and the other having the expansion Entrenchment. If so, we need to merge the accounts back together, please e-mail us at [email protected] and give us as much info as you can, serial numbers are a good start.
