You should have being promoted long time ago! Sargan, First of all, I am sorry for the inconvenience. The start panel animation is having conflicts with XP, since the file is really huge, but we are working with the Windowblinds developer to fix it, I just spoke to Nakor that told me that he expect to have a new update for the XP skin by next week, so keep your eyes open. Happy Halloween! :)

This is a very sad news, the community will loose a lot, you are one of the most creative and prolific skinners ever, beside of being a great guy and a loyal friend. Please let me know if it is there anything that we can do to help. I am really really sorry.

Haptork, I was one of the first ones to become a professional skinner. I have made skinning my only profession since 2001, so here are a few advices... The first step is to get practice. The most free stuff you make for the community , the most you will learn what the users want. Also, a good point would be giving first to ask something later. I did over 300 skins before asking for something in return, but this is something that you should think of what would be a good number.

I for sure can understand Frogboy´s point of view. If you release 1000 files for free, then you are cool, but you are doing nothing more them your obbligation, but if, at some point after you give tons of them for free, you decide to charge some really minor bucks for something, then you are a greedy person that is just looking for the money. Wouldn´t that be the inverse way? Brad, you have done much more for the skins scenarium that all the people that complaints

Wb skins today are very time consuming, I remember about an old skin of mine, "Unlighted", done back in 2001 I guess, I started the scretch at noon and at 8 PM it was uploaded here. Today I spend 2 days just for making toolbar icons and avi animations, for a complete skin, not less then 80 hours and I consider myself as a fast skinner. What is over 10 times more then it used to be.

I started to skin in November of 1999 and before making my first suite of skins for sale, in October of 2001 I realeased over 300 skins for more then 45 different applications for free. Even after I started to work as a professional graphic designer I realesed another 150+ free skins. Today I continue my carrier on a full time skinning job and every time that I open Photoshop to start a new skin I feel the same fun that I use to fell 7 years ago. So, WOM, since you mentioned my name, I am so

I was not around 10 years ago, I started to follow Stardock steps just in 1999, around 7+ years and it was a real pleasure to see company's development adventure. Congratulations to Brad, Angie, Kris and all the team! I am sure that Stardock is just taking off for a new "Galactic" edge.

Boy oh boy! it was a tough job! I felt myself been unfair, I had at least 6 excellent themes for "most usable" and I needed to chose just 3. No doubts that the next vottings will be even harder, since I guess that we have over 15 top of the top themes. Thank you Stardock for bring the oportunity for new authors to expose their excellent work
