I agree sjet, an autosave would be great. A small thing that would be nice also is to allow us (when we start a custom campaign) to choose the color of the background of the solar system we start in. So far I preferred the Blue and Dark one, I think the red background reduced the visual impressiveness of the battles. So would be great to choose.
Great game so far. I think one "small" improvement I would made to the combat would be to make the ship move around when in battle. Right now when a ship engage combat they just stay there shooting without moving. I think if ship were moving around when fighting it would improve a lot the visual of the game and would also bring more tactical challenge.(think of nexus the Jupiter incident) Since this is a space game, lets use all that space so that it doesn't feel like static turret sho
yeah, i think they should also add a indication that you can search many time the same research and how many time you still game without having to put you mouse over it. That would allow us to make quick decision instead of checking them one by one
