Notice Bugs in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

A few bugs I have and changes that should happen that I have noticed in game. Deliverance engine effect does not work I see no point in the final judgement meteor upgrade for the advent starbase The anti-structure ships aka Orgrev & Solaris need to be able to attack a base I do not know why the attack was turned into an effect this is confusing and hard for me to micro them attacking the right structures.
