So a friend and I want to play multiplayer on Sins Diplomacy. We are trying to do lan multiplayer, but when either of us try and create a game, we can't see the created game in the "join game" menu. We've tried putting in each other's ip address, but that doesn't seem to work. We've also put Ethernet cables between our computers, but that doesn't help. Does it matter that we are playing on a very large LAN network? We also have the same version and no mods, so that is

I was reading something over on another form and I suddenly got an idea for an experimental weapon that would actually be good for the TEC. They already have a shield generator for planets, but let's face it, it's not that good. To bypass it, just destroy the generator. What if they had an experimental weapon that had an over-time ability that constantly fired at a planet to create a shield around the planet. Then you could protect your planets from further away. I don't know if anyone's covered this, but I found this when I was playing a game earlier. When you move your cursor over the repair button when you are the TEC, the words explaining what the ability can act on are not written in proper english.. Just saying, it might make someone think the game is cheap or something. It says "Must be not self" rather than "Must not be self" Nit-picky I know, but it caught my eye. http://

Having some limiting element to creating Titans is definitely needed, but that will probably just come in the form of training crews. For $100 I'd like to see in the CE: 1. A few decals for computer/whatever 2. Figurine of some ship (the vasari one sucking a planet dry would be cool) or starbase 3. Another figurine or two of the titains? Using super weapon to blow something up? :) 4. Poster 5. Cool box with modified cd box cover artwork 6. Whatever else you usually include in a Collectors Edition box. (certificate, etc.)
