Well it turns out it was not on my end at all. I go out come back start the download over and it is going 700 to 800 kb/sec. Compare that to under 1 kb/sec. As for that work connection of course that is going to download fast it is a buisness line they need huge bandwidth to manage all the comps they must have. What I think happened is for some reason the server was giving me no bandwidth and now it is giving me a actual usefull ammount of bandwidth.

Excuse me no I did'nt. Where do you go off calling me a lair? I used speed tests from many different areas that was just one of them and that was not bad. That is pretty good if you ask me. Besides I cannot have the download go real slow it will take days to get the game. I just downloaded a game from direct 2 drive in 10 minutes. Yes this game is going right now 25kb a sec if I am lucky. It is about 14 kb a sec but shoots up to about 25kb but is not going real fast.

But if I cant get the game what good is it? Besides you seen the speedtest.

it speed it up a bit but its still slow it is going 15kb a sec.

there is no other servers you have to get it through the stardock program.

well at the speed I am going I am lucky to get this game in 2 weeks. It would be faster to order a copy of it. But stardock said they will only give me 75% of what I paid for the downloaded version back. Which is just a kick in the face. I wanted to cancel my dowlnolaod order and buy a actual phisical copy of the game since it would come to me faster.

Umm no I pay allot of money for my connection and did speed tests and all the speed tests showed a dowload speed om 612 mb a sec. Infact stardock it's self downloaded in no more than a minute. I paid in advance to pre order sins of a solar empire. I dowload stardock central go to download and I am not getting the bandwidth I paid for. Common .11 kb/sec that is insanely slow. I am downloading it right now and I want iron clad to speed up this download and give me the bandwidth I paid for. I paid for this game and that download speed is rediculous and is a total ripp off.
