I am having this exact same problem. Is the freaking web service down? EDIT: More details. I apparently have an account registered with this email, but it does not show that i own Sins of a Solar Empire. (it is registered for Galactic Civilizations 1.) When i type in the serial number from the BOX THAT I AM HOLDING, it says that this is not the right serial number for this email... SO, the Q
