It's good idea to use titan's passive ablility to unlock it's weapon banks, a defensive/offensive titan should start off with only 1 or 2 of it's weapon choices only, and with each passive ability to unlock weapon banks and increase it's fire power, the titan will slowly grow into a monster what we see right now. This should make a lv1 titan less scarier and lvl much slower. in order to make it effecient at low levels u have to back it up with a fleet to grab exp fas

so far i think the "raw" titans are fine only except they come out too early( a level 1 titan takes similar but bit more cost to two caps), the problem is they get lvled too easily and soon grow to an unstoppable monster. a level one titan could still be countered easily if u have a reasonable fleet, but lv3 and above.... @_@
agreed with post #29, in a mp with feeders helping a play can get a titan out pretty fast. in fact due to fleet supply/cap issues a player could get his/her titan out really fast even with out any feed. limiting how titan levels up is still what i propose( needs good eco to backup titan lvling). anyways, it is still beta1 and we havent seen other races yet, i cant see why ppl complaining about lack of content for a standalone rebellion, but for me this is a new game and it will be definetly p
I support nerfing titans as well, just not a heavy nerf so quickly. never the less titans need to be delayed, either by moving up tech tree, more build time, more expensive or a combination with all possibilities. A 7 min titan rushe is just way too crazy now.... thought up one solution to limite titan power : have lv 6, 7 ,8 military researches, each with three levels, unless u unlock each research your titan is locked at a certain level cap. this way we could have a molitary t
I agree that titans are too fast to get, maybe moving up 2 slots in military tree would have this solved. (move it up 2 extra slots and more expensive research to cause more impact on eco). However i hope devs wont give titans a MAJOR NERF since it's meant to be a tool cutting through SBed choke points. So please, keep them powerful and useful as they are but make the production much slower XD

I Think the whole idea of moon is each player on random maps could start off more balanced, now you are guaranteed with a moon to start with, not a dead astroid and battle group consisting 3 heavy kodiaks surrounding ur capital planet.
Titans are alright IMO, while Ankylon is a great over all tank, giving it enough passive abilities and the hull repairing skill it IS VERY HARD TO KILL pass level 3, however a decent fleet or a fully upgraded star base could still hurt the titan pretty bad. It seems to me that titans dont take that much punch from bombers but HCs and corvettes can be some how effecient against them. Ragnarov isn't as durable as Ankylon but it's sniping ability gives it a scary DPS(5000dph with 8-9 sec
All Rebellion pre-orders remained with Stardock. None of them are with GameStop/Impulse. So please do not re-order unless you get an email from us indicating that charging your credit card failed for some reason.
Thanks Yarlen, I'm just so eager to get my fingers on beta, have many some Sins fans in China waiting for beta news..... so i dont mind even if double-order happens. i will wait until tomorrow and if it's not happening
Quick query, when Impule was becoming GameStop they sent me an email regarding the change over and said they were refunding any pre-purchased games. I shortly received an email and refund for Dungeon Defenders (I had pre-ordered) I never received an email or refund regarding Rebellion, presumably because I wasn't charged for the pre-order. Is there any way to check that I am down on your system as having pre-ordered and that all is ok?
hmm, i dont see it on my steam or gamestop client, and i havent recieved my email either [e digicons]8C[/e] [e digicons]8C[/e]
called in sick, now waiting >.
i got same problem while trying to pr-order. pre-ordered rebellion on regular price anyway...
Here's some of my thoughts on Titans(and caps): 1. it's would be a mobile starbase like unit, mid-late tech, with upgradable modules when levelingup. 2. it's effective counter unite should be bombers and other anti-heavy armor weapons 3. slow, very durable, multi bank weapon, counter of heavy units and caps, a special weapon to deal with starbases. now let me place my arguements: 1. we can't have a tide-turning unit suddenly out of facto
