Only a few artifacts are actually usefull I wouldn't waste my money unless I have loads of it. You should spend your res on ships and structures.

I used 150/200 logistical spots in that picture, and my game was fine. I guess I have to find my limit. Anyway it is moving forward- slowly.

Oh yeah and also, there is no "Mods" button in the options screen. Is this a normal thing and you just need to enable something or is this a serious problem. I had to create my own mods folder, but in the game there was no mods section.

Hey, I am new to the SoaSE forums. I am a pretty good modder for GalCiv2 and I just got this game. When I try to open up an XML file to mod the data inside of it, the file isn't in xml. It is in some other code. In addition, when I download the different forges, the files do not come in a zipped file but in one document. I am running windows vista 64 bit Has anyone ever had this problem and if so, how did you fix it? </
