I've run into several issues while playing a game with my friend who is also beta testing. The issues include the following. Pirate Base - We assaulted the pirate base in the system we had a foothold in and I finally took it over. My friend 10 minutes later asked me if I was going to destroy the pirate base and looking on my screen I already did, captured it, and even upgraded the planet. I honestly think that the pirates and Siege vessels should remain the same. I have been playing this beta since August and it is always refreshing to realize that my defense has a flaw when pirates or an enemy come in and wipe out my planet. Yes, 10 siege vessels will do a lot of damage but you have to take the correct precautions before leaving the planet alone to the wolves. I do agree that maybe have a setting to adjust the pirate frequency but don't just lower it all across the boar
See this is the thing that has driven me to the game. People hype the biggest title games and to get that hype most games come out in the same old format. Sins dares to be different and at the same time be fun. Who cares if the game doesn't get the largest community compared to the other clickfests, what matters is the community is strong and the game is fun.
Ok, me and my friend were playing tonight since Beta 4 and we have encountered the following issues. 1. From the beginning, my friends galaxy had issues. First issue was that you were unable to see anything around the planet/asteroid unless you manuever your camera to a certain angle. This would reveal a few of the structures/ships but still leave the rest of the sector invisible. 2. If I assigned an attack command to my fleet and the fleet is halfway through a warp jump when t
