Vista SP1 Gal Civ 2 won't start in Bug Reports Stardock Forums

Gal Civ 2 was running fine until I upgraded today to Vista sp1. Now the program will not run at all, I have tried admistrator and compatibility mode. I double click on the icon and before it even launches the choose chapter pre launch pad I get a stop working message. Problem below.
