Were there any evidence throughout SGA that any Ancient warship was ever taken out by a Wraith Hive? I thought they won because of their superior numbers as opposed to superior technology. Yay good news on the beta! Also, I would think that Anubis' ship would be able to hold their own against the Wraith anyways in the show. He did have Ancient knowledge and from what I recall was able to actually best the Asgard who were pretty close to having Ancient's level tech (shield at least I think) and were the only ones who actually walked away from the Ori supergate massacure. Maybe I am doing something wrong here but... I tired that dl link for Sacrifice of Angels 2 0.5E and first off the folder after installation reads SOA2 0.4E and then when I enable the mod I can only select the stock races.

Yes we are both patched up and I should add that we are running mods. We used Dolynick's SGRaces + Dolynick's Fleet size + Volumetric + Bailknights and in a seperate case we used Sins of a Galactic Empire + Volumetric. Same result both times when we tried to resume our saved game. Edit: Nevermind, problem solved.
So my girl and I started a multiplayer game lastnight and ended up saving it intending to continue it this morning. Problem is that when we loaded the game whichever of us "joins" is always "lagging" and our game doesn't seem to resume. I've tried loading the game and having her join and vice versa and whoever "joins" is always lagging in the network status menu. The game loads up seemingly fine but none of the ships move, if we click on th

Well I don't think that this will go over well because it will not be true to Star Trek (from my VERY limited knowledge of it) but if you can have the torps and/or phasers fire from the rear of the ship it wouldn't be much of a problem. I realize the phasers can shoot backwards, not sure if it is the same damage output as if the enemy were sitting in front though. Is it possible, or even adivisable to have the bigger ships NOT use the dynamic movement and just sit there li

I'm not sure, honestly I don't even know how to do that. I did select my cap ship and then right click on the enemy vessel and my ship would do the same thing (run off to maximum distance and turn its back to the enemy). I'll give it another try later today to see if it was just a hiccup on my part.
Hey I just dled the mod at gave it a got lastnight. Nice work so far... really nice actually. Got a question though... I really just played it to see the cap ships in action and noticed for some reaon that all my ships would almost like run away from the pirates as they fought and just sit in a corner getting hammered. I would need to manually direct the ship to face the pirates in order to get all the phasers and torpedoes to fire. Is this a known issue or is it just

Looks good. I agree that it looks a bit small compared to the other ships in the game atm BUT... This was the biggest ship in the Tau'ri fleet in the series so it looking smaller than other TEC ships does look odd but we gotta remember that the 304 is only a cruiser in thie mod. Would I like it to look bigger? Hell yeah I would cause to me this is THE ass kicker for the Tau'ri that we know and love... infact I would like this to be a capital class ship that gai
