I usually research to 50% on purpose and to 100% only by accident, and I've found artifacts many times, so I'm quite sure you can find artifacts at 50%. I was under the impression that you have to research to 100% to get the benefits, but I don't know where I got that from. Hi, I got a few basic question. What does planet exploration percentage mean? At what percentage do you get the benefits? At what percentage does the special technology (if any) show up in your tech window? Will the bonus (e.g. extra ship damage) show up when you hover the mouse over the entity that gets the bonus?
