well I mean I know what notepad is, and yes the number is 1, I mean it got formated to a galaxy file just as all the other maps are do I have to download some program to allow maps/mods to work. I repeated the process a couple of times using two different sources yet still the same file. Kinda off topic but its doing the same thing with my gmod downloads. Does my computer just not accepting the data because it's classifiying it as foriegn or I am forgetting to flip the big "MOD ON" switch?</p
When ever I go online there is no activity, it displays there are barely any players on and no games are open to join, when I do create one there is no one around to join. Is there actualy a lot of activity but its automaticly not including players that cant connect to me or have higher ping. If thats not the case then when is the key time in the week when everybody plays a few matches before hitting the sack?
Never really noticed but I play TEC all the time, usual just use kol, the one that can colonize, and a support ship depending on what my enemy is using, ie. lots of enemy bombers=carrier with fighters. But I usual have a capital ship group for backing up attacked planets and hitting weak points then use a HUGE amount of frigates against anything that poses a threat at my borders. of course I get pwned when facing more than two players(that are on my borders anyway)

I am having trouble using maps that I download, I can extract them into the Gaxaly file of sins, where all the other maps/scenarios are in the game yet It will not appear as an option in the Scenarios/Custom Maps. Specificaly the Map is Haloverse which is a map based on the halo franchise and I use the download link on this website to bring me to the actual download website.
