I used the loopup serial tool in stardock central to send me an email and that worked. so its not a big deal, but just for anyone having the same problem you might try that. No e-mails no nothing; but what Shadowhal said worked. I hope the game can make up for the poor experience I've had so far.
All i've gotten is some Sexually explict e-mail.... I'm so sad.. I hope I get something soon!

My theory is they are taking each transaction and printing it off. Then they walk over to one of those old credit card machines, type the number in... Then they hear it dial into the credit card place. A few minutes later they get a response back, either: "Accepted" or "Please upgrade your credit machine". Then they walk over to their computer and manually type the e-mail, enter a new key and then send it. I estimate this takes about 6 minutes per order...
Pre-ordered yesterday, still waiting for an e-mail with a serial.... How long does it take to run a credit card?
