Wow. I am totally impressed with Stardock's customer support. Within just a few hours, my problem was rectified. My software was found, my accounts were merged, and I am currently downloading Sins on Impulse. What a tremendous and hassle-free customer service experience. Too bad more companies don't respond like Stardock. On a different note, but in the same vein: Being a longtime Steam user, I have to say that the slickness of the Impulse application makes Valve's buggy POS installer

Hi all, I purchased Sins of a Solar Empire shortly after its release via StarDock's digital download service. At the time, I don't recall it being called Impulse. Around the same time, I purchased the retail boxed versions of GalCiv II and Dark Avatar and digitally registered them with the same download service. Since then, I have removed all of these games from my system, but recently felt the need to dive back into some "Sins". I downloaded Impulse, and was successful
