I just checked myy junk email, and I am getting a reply from the support site, but it only shows a past download I had, the game does not appear. This is really odd, is there anything I can do about it? I mean I have the purchase number with me and I sent an email to teh store email, but nothing back yet.

You should have gotten an email immediately after you completed the order with the serial. If not, you can have it resent by entering your email address in the box at http://support.stardock.com. I entered my email, but I never got a reply? Is this a serious issue, since I still have not recieved anything by email and I already paid for teh digital download?

Heyy, quick question, I ordered the digital version of the game adn paied for it, do you know how long it usually takes to get an email confirmation with the download info? Thanks =]
