I was playing a small map earlier today and after I conquered about 1/2 the solar system and my Broadcast stations had spread almost everywhere. I realized that I took over the Pirate Hideout with my society influence. This is stupid and should not be able to happen. Pirates are not like regular populations and I dont think they would be influenced by regular society. Also once I did take it, there was about 15 Pirate ships around the hideout that I now controlled, but non of them at
