I can't find where I can download beta 4. It's so annoying. Can anyone tell where it is?

Did you know that some wiseguy made alcohol and gave it to the Irish so that they would not rule the world? And that when you look at history, you can see that Italy was a mighty empire before, streching from west France to north England, and in Egypt to the south and to India in the east.
